Our customer service support is based on ITIL standards.

 

Support Levels

We are always encouraging our customers to assign an airpas key user who will be first contact person for airpas related internal service requests. Additionally our free-of-charge customer support tools like our online help and our user manuals are at your disposal 24/7.

 

With our dedicated support helpdesk in Germany we are also pleased to assist you. This 3rd level support is done by IT specialists with strong knowledge of the applications within short response times. Airpas Aviation will provide support in the most cost effective manner whilst maintaining the highest possible quality level.

 

Our 4th level support and maintenance provides regular system updates and general software enhancements as well as bug fixing.

 

System administration activities can be either dealt with internally in your company or you are making use of our 2nd level support. We would undertake routine tasks such as import, interface or process control while you can concentrate on your core activities.
