Feasibility study:
A feasibility study was done to evaluate the scenario of a direct cargo flight connection between Germany and Latin America. The airpas system contributed our recommendations given to the clients by forecasting costs and revenues, providing pricing and break even scenarios, estimating freight volumes etc. A SWOT analysis of the departure and destination regions was carried out and potential airlines and freight forwarders were classified.
Creation of an operating manual:
Another client benefited from our support in establishing an operating manual for the operation and maintenance of a Business Performance Management system.
Individual business solutions:
One of our Airline customers was looking for a solution of handling hotel reservations in a smooth and process-oriented way. After a profound analysis of the current situation Airpas Aviation developed a web-based application which facilitates the purchasing/ reservation of hotel rooms as well as the invoice reconciliation of hotel invoices.
Thus not only the operational processes were optimized significantly but also an emphasis was placed on the strategic component.
