The Lattelecom Group company BPO Baltic was founded in December 2010 on the basis of the Lattelecom Supervisory Council decision to split the subsidiary Lattelecom BPO by spinning off the bookkeeping and accounting, debt administration and document processing product lines.
The company’s main and fastest growing areas are the services enabling enterprises to work paperless, from ordering services up to payments of invoices. Services such as supplier and client document digitalisation and exchange are delivered for more than six years. Since July 2009 Lattelecom BPO and now BPO Baltic provides the full set of accounting services combined with paperless solutions and became the biggest Accounting Services Provider in Latvia in terms of transactions as well as revenues.
Since 2007 Lattelecom BPO and now BPO Baltic offers airlines supplier invoice digitalisation and storage. Currently we process invoices from more than 60 airline destinations. Together with the software solutions of Airpas Aviation, the invoice digitalisation services for airlines becomes an important part of efficient cost control and the airline’s invoice management solution. By invoice digitalisation and electronic circulation services BPO Baltic enables airlines to speed up invoice verification and approval processes to reduce costs of invoice processing significantly.
